Spread over 35 showrooms worldwide, the sales teams are responsible for the local building of our brand and business. Key to these roles is the critical decision-making of distribution strategies, and dealing directly with strategic and key accounts – with collections being presented and sold in our showrooms four times a year. Alongside these responsibilities, sales teams ensure strong partnerships by keeping a constant focus on maintaining and strengthening long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
The Commercial Support department consists of 80 employees spread over 19 Sales Offices around the world. All offices work according to the general procedures and guidelines that G-Star HQ has set. The Commercial Support teams are one of the main contacts for our customers and responsible for acting as a liaison between the customer and G-Star. Their goal is to provide an outstanding level of service in order to strengthen the relationship between G-Star and its customers and team up with Sales to maximize business opportunities.
