Here’s what we’ll do together:

Within an IT department of 20+ experienced professionals you provide global SAP Support together with a team of functional SAP consultants. Each has his/her own primary expertise & areas of interest, but all with a greater understanding of other modules, systems and applications as well. As functional consultant you collaborate extensively with our functional business partners and with more technically oriented counterparts from (IT) teams such as EAI, INFRA, SAP Basis and our ABAP-development teams. You’ll act as the linking pin between various support partners and service providers, both internal and external.
You communicate directly with numerous stakeholders within the organisation on various levels. Dependent on the scope of the project(s) these are likely to include departmental heads, team leads, project managers and key-users across all the functions

  • Identify, analyze and solve structural problems and process improvement. Manage the incidents and escalations.
  • Answer (key-) user questions, provide handover & training to stakeholders and help them with problem resolution.

What you bring to the table:

  • We have a large expat community at G-Star, so please apply in English.
  • When we hopefully find what we are looking for, we will get in touch and see if it’s a good fit, then we’ll plan our first interview.
  • Because we’re very curious how you’d survive a mission impossible, we ask you to prepare a real-life business case in a follow-up interview.
