Here's what we'll do together:

The Digital Accounts Marketing Manager is responsible to help building a pipeline of qualified digital sales and brand building opportunities through spot on marketing activations. 

You will manage in negotiating marketing plans and implement key marketing initiatives that will drive brand awareness, consideration, market share growth and profitability in line with the set plans.
 
Next to this, you will analyse the market and come up with new marketing strategies to help G-Star Raw grow digitally.
 
You will be based in our office in Amsterdam, leading a team of digital heroes to unlock our digital growth ambitions and grab the full potential with our key digital wholesale partners.

The team has a creative digital outlook which is grounded in commercial acumen.
 
Our main accounts are, but not limited to, Zalando, ASOS, About You, Amazon, etc.

Your tasks & responsibilities:
Set up digital marketing and performance marketing strategy/ campaigns for our digital titans.

  • Prepare marketing and strategic meetings with our digital accounts
  • Analyse the digital market business and monitor the marketing and sales strategy through current and historical trends in key performance indicators
  • Ensure that the brand, performance campaigns, and investment are aligned with the availability of products, and the Go To Market approach is aligned with the annual target, market trends, launches/promotions, and main competitors' activities
  • Work with our partners to create impactful bespoken brand campaigns with customer-centric native content
  • Constantly identify new marketing opportunities to guarantee further brand and business growth
  • Work with sales, data teams and the marketing department to ensure that the digital titans can take full advantage of all marketing support

Here's what you bring to the table:

  • A bachelor's degree and minimum of 5-year experience in a digital marketing position (preferable Key Accounts)
  • Leadership experience on an international environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influential skills and familiar with stakeholder management
  • An analytical and strategic thinker
  • High learning capabilities
  • Must be performance-driven, organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills 
  • Language skills: proficient in business English, spoken as well as written. French and/or German is a plus
  • A proven track record within digital accounts is a plus
  • Team player and eagerness to learn
  • Strong business-impact orientation and focus on results and analytics
  • Relationship management and strong organizational communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mentality
  • Internal and external partnering and collaboration approaches
