The primary focus of the Outlet Operations Coordinator function is to provide support to the G-Star RAW Outlet stores on day-to-day operations. This includes training and coaching on company policies and procedures, stock-, POS-system-, cash-, asset management and any other tasks as required by the Retail Manager, partner or Store Manager.

Duties & responsibilities:
• Train, coach and support stores on enquiries relating to consumer service, RPRO/ GK-POS, Fiori, RFID, gift cards, Omnichannel program, interiors, financial and inventory control, Web Reports etc.
• Ownership in stock control (report, take actions and measure) and financial management (cost management, cash management)
• Coordinate logistics, staff sets, replenishment and stock management (including returns, transfers, stock adjustments and stock take)
• Identify issues and ensure all aspects of the stores IT equipment, i.e. POS’s and POS equipment. Work in conjunction with HQ Retail Operations & IT team to resolve equipment issues.
• Give system support (support on day-to-day enquiries, functional use and user management)
• Coordinate maintenance repairs, liaise with contractors/providers and general housekeeping
• Ensure store management team owns company operational policies and procedures
• Own and coordinate Store Opening, Take-over and Closure process
• Maintain customer data in CRM (Salesforce)
• Contribute to a positive work environment and support all store teams
• Ensure team members have awareness of products, current promotions, rebates, promotional initiatives, events and customer loyalty initiatives
• Maintain a calendar of events, promotions and key product deliveries
• Attend bi-weekly Retail Operations meetings
• Function as a back-up of the District Manager on store support.

Profile

What you bring to the table:
• Bachelor degree/Master degree and 3-5 years experience in similar role
• customer focused (approachable, problem solving and an empathy for customers – store personnel and end customer)
• strong communication and organizational skills and deliver results
• able to prioritize and manage the time efficiently
• Retail experience is required and experience in fashion is preferred
• Build positive working relationships
• Retail experience, with excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Apparel (denim)/fashion product knowledge
• Industry: preferably Denim/Fashion or Luxury Goods; Beauty & Cosmetics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• proficient in MS Office (including Excel-knowledge), POS systems and SAP
