Job purpose

Would you like to combine your expertise of Brand Marketing with your passion for denim? Then you might be our new Paid Media Specialist!
As G-Stars’ new Paid Media Brand Specialist you become part of the Global Digital Marketing Team. This team consists of an enthusiastic and experienced group of online and offline marketing specialists (for example: TV, Radio, OOH, Programmatic, PPC, Paid Social, Display and Affiliate). In the team we build, manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns throughout the full funnel of the customer journey. The team has big ambitions and lots of motivation to have maximum impact on the growth of G-Star Raw, both from a brand perspective as from a business perspective. And we have lots of fun as well!

The Digital Marketing Team is responsible for creating the global paid marketing strategy for G-Star RAW and a flawless execution. We work successfully together with the Ecommerce Team, the Brand Marketing Team and the Regional Marketing Teams, as well as our inhouse Creative Team and our Data Engineering Teams.
The vast acceleration of digital performance brings a lot of new opportunities for G-Star’s Digital Marketing activities. As Paid Media Specialist you will play a pivotal role in managing, coordinating and optimizing big brand campaigns and activations that we roll out across the various paid channels globally.

As Paid Media Specialist you work closely together with the Multimedia Manager, the Head of Digital Marketing as well as the Team Leads of the performance channels on developing an overall strategic vision and direction for the various channels. You have a specific focus on the upper funnel – branding and awareness campaigns of G-Star. You will be responsible for supporting all of our traditional media channels (TV, Radio, Out-Of-Home) as well as online media channels (Programmatic, Online Video, Paid Social) across Europe. By doing so, you have a significant impact on the growth of our fantastic G-Star brand globally!

Profile

What you bring to the table:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience managing paid (brand) media campaigns, for example Online Video, Display, TV and OOH and experience in working with large budgets across multiple countries
• Experience managing multiple agency partners – relationship and finance management
• Strong understanding of branding and building brand awareness and brand demand strategies
• Solid knowledge of marketing tooling such as Google Analytics, experience with DV 360 and Campaign manager is a plus.
• It’s a plus if you have agency experience – you have either worked at or with a digital marketing agency
• You have great written and verbal communication skills in English. An additional language (German, French) is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with colleagues locally and globally
• Relevant experience in Fashion and/or Retail industry is a plus
