HERE'S WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER:

The G-STAR E-commerce Trade & Content teams are responsible for optimizing sales performance and enhancing the consumer experience on the G-STAR website and app. With our e-commerce business growing rapidly and ambitious targets on the horizon, operational excellence and speed to market are essential to achieving our goals.

As the E-commerce Production Coordinator, you will support the website traders in executing and maintaining the operational aspects of the site. This role focuses primarily on ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, promotions, and product updates within our CMS, while also collaborating closely with the content team. Your responsibility will be to manage the operational side of trade activities, ensuring all updates go live on time and meet technical performance standards.

Highly organized, you will ensure that site housekeeping is maintained and work with the team to optimize workflows, always aiming to improve speed to market. As a system superuser, you will proactively seek ways to enhance existing processes to support the efficient operation of the site and the broader e-commerce platform. Effective communication and fluency in English are key, as you will be based in the G-STAR Valencia office, working closely with the Amsterdam HQ.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trade Campaign Execution
  • Execute trade activities on G-Star.com, ensuring timely and accurate product displays and campaign launches.
  • Update homepage banners, category page assets, and navigation in line with trade briefs.
  • Work with the digital trade team to implement promotional activities (e.g., discounts, campaigns) in the CMS.
  • Conduct daily site checks for functionality, resolving any issues.
  • Implement product-related features such as “Complete the Look” and ensure proper product data updates.
  • Collaborate with the E-commerce Trade Manager to optimize workflows and improve speed to market.

HERE'S WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce production or operational tasks,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field,
  • Proficient in e-commerce CMS (Hybris, Amplience),
  • Experience with e-commerce merchandising tools (Algolia) is a plus,
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks with accuracy,
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively,
  • Ability to problem-solve and collaborate with team members to resolve issues,
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE:

We recently moved into our state-of-the-art office in the vibrant city of Valencia. This could be your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future development of G-STAR in Spain!

Beyond a competitive salary, working at G-STAR brings many other perks and exciting opportunities:

  • A clothing budget to showcase your personal style while representing G-STAR,
  • A fully paid private medical insurance,
  • A monthly additional allowance to spend in food, public transport or childcare,
  • Flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week, promoting a healthy work-life balance,
  • Free access to leading learning and development platforms like Udemy and Goodhabitz.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT:

  • During this job application, we will ask you to play a couple of short neuroscientific games. These games provide you with the opportunity to showcase your potential, talents, and personality.
  • As a result, we can ensure equal opportunities for everyone who applies, by evaluating everyone based on objective, scientifically proven insights rather than gut feeling.
  • As we value personal growth and transparency, we will make sure you receive your results on the games as well.
  • When we hopefully find what we are looking for, we will get in touch with you and if it’s a good fit, we’ll plan our first interview.
  • After this, we might ask you to complete a business case which we will discuss during a follow-up interview.
  • When we’re ready to commit to each other, we’ll finalize the terms we’ve discussed and we’ll explain to you how to order your first pair of jeans from the G-STAR employee store.

Good luck!
