HERE'S WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead the digital trading strategy and drive performance across our regional e-commerce platforms. This role is responsible for delivering revenue growth through data-led decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-centric optimisations. You will play a pivotal role in aligning content, marketing, merchandising, and logistics to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience.
- Take full ownership of the commercial trading strategy, including forecasting, sales planning, and the implementation of performance levers to maximise revenue across e-commerce channels.
- Lead trade meetings to review performance as well as looking ahead, identifying commercial opportunities to leverage growth and deliver sales targets.
- Support Sales team with sales analysis and insights to direct attention to opportunities.
- Analyse trading data using Tableau and other reporting tools to identify growth opportunities, present actionable insights, and align stakeholders across teams to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and design teams to ensure all site content supports conversion goals and localised campaign rollouts are executed successfully.
- Oversee a team managing content publishing, on-site merchandising, and product launches to ensure timely and flawless execution of new collections and seasonal campaigns.
- Work closely with the content management team and utilisetools such as Contentsquare to continuously refine user experience and optimise product listing and detail pages for engagement.
- Lead post-campaigns analysis and draw out insights & recommendations for future
- Leverage Algolia for on-site search and merchandising strategies, including A/B testing and seasonal relevancy adjustments to enhance product discovery and conversion.
- Partner with digital marketing teams to ensure content alignment, audience targeting, and achievement of ROAS objectives in line with brand goals.
- Manage the regional CRM calendar, including briefing product features and overseeing newsletter creation and deployment.
- Coordinate with the global loyalty team to adapt and implement CRM loyalty initiatives tailored for local audiences.
- Support the General Manager in revenue forecasting andP&L management when required
- Work alongside the SEO team to implement content strategies that support organic growth and improve search visibility.
- Collaborate with UX teams to identify and prioritise site enhancements and functionality developments based on user behaviour insights.
- Oversee quarterly buy planning to ensure optimal stock availability within local distribution centres and maintain close coordination with logistics for smooth fulfilment.
- Work with demand planner to ensure sufficient stock levels for local fulfilment in line with commercial targets.
- Act as the main liaison between regional and global teams for e-commerce operations, including customer service and supply chain logistics.
- Implement transformation projects such as improved returns processes, payment methods and other business development opportunities to support growth.
- 5-7 years of relevant e-commerce experience in Apparel, Fashion, Marketing and/or Retail industry.
- Strong understanding of digital trading, online merchandising, and performance optimization with good commercial acumen.
- Solid experience in managing content of an e-commerce platform on a daily basis including stock and inventory management;
- Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, information technology or related science;
- Experience in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Contentsquare is a bonus;
- Experience with search and merchandising platforms and CRM/email marketing systems;
- Experience working with P&L and forecasting is an advantage;
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative, cross-functional approach;
- Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement and customer experience;
- Can-do attitude and a highly organized and structured work approach;
