HERE'S WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER:

In this role, you'll be part of the global CRM team and based in our Valencia office.
You will be responsible for developing global and regional CRM campaigns, whilst looking closely to the consumer journey and optimizing online visits, conversion, and revenue. You will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns (newsletters, sms, app push) for G-STAR and its different entities globally and regionally.
Your primary focus will be on managing the CRM trade calendar, briefing different internal teams, and aligning with key stakeholders across our regions. You will use data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance. You are the senior expert when it comes to the planning, briefing and execution of all CRM campaigns.
Besides that, you are reporting on campaign results and derive actionable insights from them to continuously optimize performance of our main KPI’s. To create and build the CRM campaigns, you will be working closely with our marketing, e-commerce and regional teams to coordinate the needed input and assets.
You have a great eye for design, but you are also guided by your capability to interpret numbers. You are constantly looking for opportunities to improve CRM performance, for example by deep dives and AB-testing. Next to that, you keep up with the latest trends in email marketing and keep an eye on competitors.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own and manage the CRM trade calendars for different G-STAR entities, ensuring timely execution of our campaigns via email, push and SMS;
  • Brief, create and plan CRM campaigns, whilst working closely together with marketing & e-commerce trade & product teams;
  • Collaborate with our regional offices (USA, Asia, South Africa) to localize and align CRM initiatives with market-specific goals, whilst making sure best practices are applied;
  • Continuous analysis and reporting of CRM campaign results on main KPI’s, to derive actionable insights and optimize future campaigns;
  • Own the A/B test roadmap for all CRM communications;
  • Share and rollout best practices with important stakeholders;
  • Lead the quarterly alignment process with regional offices, marketing and trade for the planning and creation of all CRM campaigns and initiatives;
  • Create quarterly forecasting and monitor CRM performance. Align with stakeholders on action points;
  • Stay up to date with CRM best practices, email marketing innovations, and competitor activity;
  • Supervise CRM intern.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: 
  • 5 years of experience in a similar CRM related position;
  • Proven expertise in email marketing and campaign management;
  • Hands on experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization;
  • Excellent planning and stakeholder communication skills;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Tableau, Excel and Google Analytics;
  • You have an eye for design but are also still driven by numbers;
  • Preferable knowledge of Bloomreach Exponea or a similar CRM tool.
  • You will be our ideal candidate is you are a senior CRM marketeer that is data-driven, proactive, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
