We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Digital Key Account & Marketplace Manager to join our Amsterdam-based team. You’ll be a key stakeholder behind the daily management and growth of our digital key accounts — including Zalando, Amazon, ASOS – across both wholesale and marketplace channels.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional retail environment and is passionate about data-driven merchandising, digital marketing and building strong partner relationships.
You will be based in our office in Amsterdam, part of the global digital marketing team, and you will work closely together with internal and external stakeholders to unlock our digital growth ambitions and grab the full potential with our key digital wholesale and marketplace partners.
YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assortment & Merchandising Analysis
- Assist analyzing and auditing product assortment across partner websites to identify category gaps, pricing opportunities, and winning product trends.
- Summarize insights into clear product briefings for design and buying teams.
- Monitor sell-out data and seasonality to optimize marketing campaigns, product fulfillment and merchandising strategies.
Campaign & Performance Management
- Manage the full-funnel marketing strategy and daily execution for key accounts—from brand awareness to performance marketing.
- Brief brand teams on required assets for brand pages and marketing campaigns (on-site and off-site).
- Manage marketing campaign budgets and continuously audit performance, adapting strategies with agility having one goal: reaching the set KPI’s.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
- Act as the first point of contact for all digital marketing activities related to key accounts.
- Collaborate closely with eCommerce, wholesale, digital marketing, brand marketing, and regional leaders.
- Coach and lead your intern, fostering growth and accountability.
HERE'S WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in digital (fashion) retail, merchandising and campaign management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced industry and in an international environment.
- Hands-on experience with digital key accounts (Zalando, Amazon, ASOS, etc.) is a must.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for digital growth.
- (Premium) Brand builder while thinking with a commercial mindset.
- Performance-driven, organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- Team player with high learning capabilities.
- Fluent in English; Dutch and German is a plus.
