HERE'S WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER:

We’re looking for a Data and Analytics intern, who’s ready to join our G-STAR Data & Analytics Team!

Just imagine –

As our new Data Analytics Intern, you will be part of the Data & Analytics team within G-STAR. The Data & Analytics department plays a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across the company. Through deep analytical insights, data governance, and collaboration with various business units, the team ensures that data is leveraged effectively to support strategic goals. You will work cross-functionally with teams across different departments (E-commerce, Trade and Digital Marketing) gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment. This is your chance to be at the heart of G-STAR’s data-driven transformation and make a real impact.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Continuous support on the day-to-day business in various business areas.
  • Impact analysis on incoming requests and performing data quality checks.
  • Optimizing and standardizing existing Dashboards.
  • Support business in creating their own reports.
  • Creating guidelines and templates for new Dashboards.
  • Support in creating an internal information sharing platform.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: 

  • You are a Bachelor or Master student, preferably with a specialization in the areas of: Data, Mathematics, Business or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and conceptual skills.
  • You have a ‘can-do’ mentality and can think outside the box.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and are familiar with SQL.
  • A big plus would be if you already have experience with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau) and you are familiar with Digital Analytics Tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • You are available full-time (at least 32hrs per week) for 5 to 6 months starting in August / September 2025.
  • You are enrolled at a university or college in the Netherlands or EU, during the whole length of the internship. Unfortunately, we cannot provide immigration support for internships at this time. 
  • If you are a non-EU student in The Netherlands, you are in possession of a mandatory internship assignment. 
  • You are already living in the Netherlands and are in the possession of a BSN, or in a process of getting one.
  • Finally, if you have a strong personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, we’d love to meet you!
