With aggressive commercial targets and a fast-evolving e-commerce landscape, the team is committed to delivering best-in-class digital journeys and optimizing trading outcomes at scale.

As the E-commerce Regional Coordinator, you will work across both global and regional scopes to shape, plan, and execute commercial strategies that elevate performance. While the title reflects a regional accountability, much of your work will influence global trade strategy, campaign execution, and pricing models.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • During Campaign: Continuously assess and adjust product focus, stock deployment, and messaging in light of real-time performance, margin impact, and fragmentation.
  • Post-Campaign: Evaluate range effectiveness, propose improvements to visual merchandising and site execution strategy.

Promotional Pricing Strategy
  • Define and optimize promotional pricing plans using AI tools where applicable, balancing competitiveness with margin protection.
  • Factor in market-specific elasticity, competitor intelligence, and commercial targets to build differentiated pricing strategies.

Trade Calendar Planning
  • Recommend improvements and commercial opportunities in the trade calendar based on performance trends, customer behavior, and market needs.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to align on priorities and execution.

Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Lead deep-dive analysis on funnel metrics, landing page performance, and channel attribution.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing to co-develop effective campaigns, traffic-driving initiatives, and content-driven conversion tactics.

Trading Toolkit Development
  • Help ensure the right promotional mechanics (discount types, urgency tools, bundles, etc.) are in place and evolving to meet goals.
  • Support testing and rollout of new capabilities aimed at improving site performance and CVR.

Operational Oversight & Guidance
  • Provide direction and strategic guidance to Production Coordinators in executing trade initiatives, site updates, and ongoing maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure local execution supports overarching commercial objectives and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with global production and content teams to translate commercial vision into on-site activation.

Analytics & Insight
  • Deliver actionable insights through weekly, seasonal, and campaign-based trade reporting.
  • Use data to inform assortment plans, optimize product placements, and build business cases for new initiatives.
  • Translate commercial results into learnings that feed future campaign and pricing strategies.

HERE'S WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, commercial planning, or trade marketing;
  • Strategic and data-driven mindset with strong commercial instincts;
  • Experience in cross-functional environments with Buying, Planning, and Performance Marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tools (Google Analytics, Tableau);
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Hybris, Amplience) and customer engagement tools (e.g., Exponea, Bloomreach) is a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management;
  • Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented approach;
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus, but not required.
Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands without current or future sponsorship needs.

  • As we value personal growth and transparency, we will make sure you receive your results on the games as well.
