HERE'S WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER:
The Product Manager is responsible for owning the end-to-end creation and execution of products for an assigned category, delivering consumer-right, profitable assortments across DTC, Retail and Wholesale channels. Or in other words, owning the end-to-end product journey from a process, fabric, product development and data perspective.

Reporting into the Director / Head of Product Management, you will translate category direction and brand vision into product briefs and manage the full product lifecycle from concept through production readiness. In this role, you are expected to drive calendar execution, ensure product quality and margin alignment, and collaborate closely with Buying, Planning, Sourcing/QA and Brand/Design to bring products successfully to market.
YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own category product execution end-to-end: Manage the product lifecycle from concept through sampling, costing, fit approvals and production readiness.
- Drive end-to-end execution excellence: Ensure complex product execution across multiple drops and deliveries, from R&D and fabric ownership to key decisions on fit, fabric and cost engineering.
- Ensure margin, quality and product integrity: Own costing alignment, margin targets and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners: Work closely with Buyers/Merchants, Planning, Product Ops, and Brand/Design teams.
- Own wholesale integration and governance: Lead evaluation of wholesale product requests and ensure needs are integrated strategically into the core line.
- Support continuous improvement and team collaboration: Contribute to a strong product culture through proactive communication and structured execution.
Success in this role will be measured by:
- On-time product readiness and adherence to critical path milestones
- Achievement of target margin through cost and price alignment
- Quality maintenance and reduction in returns or defect issues
- Quality performance including return rate and defect reduction
- Product sell-through and hit rate performance within assigned scope
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Ability to integrate wholesale needs efficiently through the core product line
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Product Management or a related field
- Approximately 5 years of experience in product creation, product development or category management within an international fast fashion retailer. Denim experience is a pre
- Strong fashion sense combined with a passion for innovative products and sustainability
- Experience in product creation, fit, R&D, fabric, costing and supplier capabilities
- Understanding of technical pricing build-up to be able to successfully start up price negotiations with a high level of commercial awareness
- Structured execution skills and ability to manage multiple products within a fast-paced drop calendar
- Cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with a helicopter view, solution driven, problem solving, flexible, proactive and a hands-on attitude
- Positive and professional attitude in any situation, being a team player, motivating, good way of communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes, being flexible
- Outstanding communication skills in English
- When applicable, you are willing to travel abroad to manage on site product development.
- Minimum 0.8 FTE
