HERE’S WHAT WE’LL DO TOGETHER:

As the Digital Trade Manager for G-Star.com, you are responsible for sales and profit across the EU .com platforms.

Leading a team of 5, you own the planning, trading, and execution of the digital trade calendar, taking a regional approach to maximize performance and capture local market opportunities.

You own the end-to-end promotional assortment, partnering with Demand Planning to secure the right product mix, depth, and availability to maximize performance during peak commercial events.

You manage the app as a strategic growth channel, leveraging its role as a complementary platform to the website to drive incremental sales, engagement, and customer value.

You define and own the regional trading brief, translating commercial priorities into clear, actionable plans. A strong communicator, you bring stakeholders on board, coordinating with Content, CRM, CRO, Digital Marketing, and Digital Operations (Customer Service & Logistics) to ensure aligned and effective execution.

Working with the Coordinator team, you monitor in-season performance, own forecasting and reforecasting, identify risks and opportunities, and drive corrective actions to deliver against ambitious targets—balancing commercial impact with brand and customer considerations.

You support CRO and CX from a commercial perspective, partnering with CRO and UX teams to prioritize initiatives that improve conversion, basket size, and overall trading performance. You deputises for the Director of Digital Trade as needed – this may involve representing the team at meetings, project work, reporting on global performance etc.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the EU sales and profit for G-Star.com,
  • Owner of EU Digital Trade Calendar- forecasting, planning, trading and execution,
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive .com performance in line with or ambitious targets,
  • Manage the app as a strategic, incremental growth channel,
  • Define and manage promotional assortment in partnership with planning,
  • Leads a team of 5 talented e-com co-ordinators,
  • Deputises for Head of Digital Trade as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 4-5 years of relevant e-commerce experience in Apparel, Fashion and/or Retail Industry.
  • Solid experience in managing content of an e-commerce platform on a daily basis.
  • A demonstrated affinity with Apparel and Fashion.
  • Ability to generate e-commerce trends and performance reports with Google Analytics & Tableau (or similar analytics tools).
  • Creative thinking, problem solving mentality with an eye for detail.
  • Hands-on and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in an (international) team structure.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, information technology or fashion.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication in English.
