Here’s what we’ll do together:

As never out of stock (Noos) Demand Planner and Coordinator, you are responsible for maintaining Noos availability for multiple business channels globally. As the Noos collection is good for substantial part of our business, your job is crucial for G-Star. Furthermore, you will be the go-to person for all Noos related issues like margins, pricing, in and out going style, and delivery dates of incoming goods.

In this role you will work closely together with the merchandising team, purchasing department and the product development team to align and act on the Noos collection and its performance. You will be directly managed by the Supply & Demand planning manager, who knows all the ins and outs of the demand planning at G-star.

We are looking for that analytical person that loves digging in the numbers, but who also can communicate and translate the global strategy to the different channels.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Optimize the Noos option plan together with the merchandisers and the product development team, on gender, product group, fit, price point and margin.
  • Determine the ideal stock intake per month and monitor delivery performance together with the purchasing department.
  • Determine the need of AIR transport, when shortage is expected together with the freight department.
  • Provide weekly updates of re-order quantities, missed sales and stock levels and share this across the company.
  • In-depth analysis of historical re-order quantity, to forecast weekly demand on size level.
  • Coordinate Noos meetings with the channels and product teams and provide the necessary data.

What you bring to the table:

  • Analytical talent combined with a hands-on mentality!
  • Strong communicative, as you will lead and coordinate meetings with various departments.
  • Independent, being able to setup and perform analysis. Critical look at current process, improve where you feel fit.
  • Excellent Excel skills, as most of our analysis are done in Excel.
  • Experience with power query, VBA, and planning software is a pro.
  • Add a Bachelor/Master's in Business and/or Fashion with 1-2 years of relevant experience in planning and you’ve got our full attention.

Here’s what we bring to the table:

We recently moved into our state-of-the-art office in the vibrant city of Valencia. This could be your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future development of G-Star in Spain!

Beyond a competitive salary, working at G-Star brings many other perks and exciting opportunities:

  • Competitive salary,
  • Clothing budget to showcase your personal style while representing G-Star RAW,
  • Discounts on private medical insurance,
  • Flexibility to work from home, promoting a healthy work-life balance,
  • Free access to leading learning and development platforms like Udemy and Goodhabitz,
  • Additional perks and benefits available beyond the listed ones.

What will happen next:

During this job application, we will ask you to play a couple of short neuroscientific games. These games provide you with the opportunity to showcase your potential, talents, and personality. As a result, we can ensure equal opportunities for everyone who applies, by evaluating everyone based on objective, scientifically proven insights rather than gut feeling. As we value personal growth and transparency, we will make sure you receive your results on the games as well.
When we hopefully find what we are looking for, we will get in touch with you and if it’s a good fit, we’ll plan our first interview.
When we’re ready to commit to each other, we’ll finalize the terms we’ve discussed and we’ll explain to you how to order your first pair of jeans from the G-Star employee store. Good luck!
