Working closely and in collaboration with other EU DTC category buying merchandisers to maintain a holistic view across genders, ensuring cohesive strategies and aligned messages.
YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Build the Full Price & Off-Price Global Assortment Strategy
- Define the seasonal product brief based on brand positioning, commercial goals, pricing architecture, and target customer profiles.

- Select and curate the global product range distributed across all regions and channels (stores, e‑commerce, franchise partners, wholesale).

- Oversee Rivet line creation for both global DTC and Wholesale accounts.
- Partner with Wholesale on quarterly seasonal product briefs, including functional requirements and price-point strategy.

- Analyze emerging trends, competitive activity, and global market behavior, adjusting in-season DTC planning (STM approach) and identifying key trend directions for future wholesale mainline assortments.
- Actively stay connected to the market through regular store visits and in‑store working days to deeply understand the G‑Star consumer—their behaviors, needs, and opportunities—and translate these insights into relevant and compelling DTC collection drops.
3. Collaboration With Design & Product Managers
- Provide structured feedback to Design on best sellers, missed opportunities, and market-specific requirements.
- Participate in trade reviews and shape range architecture, SKU count, colorways, and price-tier decisions for both DTC monthly capsules and Wholesale global lines.
