We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Program Manager to lead on this initiative. This role will oversee multiple workstreams that power our customer insights and drive of our digital sales. You will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional specialist teams, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives, and maximizing the business impact of our CDP investments. As a strategic thinker, you will lead on idea generation in order to keep G-STAR ahead of the latest trends in this area.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Program Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of the CDP program, including roadmap planning, milestone and KPI tracking, and stakeholder alignment across marketing, digital trading, analytics, product and IT.
  • Strategy planning: develop a comprehensive strategy for the program ensuring which aligns to business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for all CDP-related initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
  • Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate budget including ensure appropriate personnel distribution and tool management to deliver the plan.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Translate customer insights into actionable strategies that enhance personalization, retention, and conversion.
  • Performance Management: Define KPIs and success metrics for each initiative; monitor progress and report on outcomes to senior leadership. Quarterly ROI tracking.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, dependencies and blockers; develop mitigation plans and drive resolution. Escalate risks to management as required.
  • QBR: planning and facilitation.
  • Change Management: Support adoption of new tools and processes across the organization, ensuring teams are trained and aligned.
  • Innovation and new ideas: Lead on idea generation, facilitate workshopping of ideas and quantify business value in order to keep G-STAR ahead of industry trends.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management within ecommerce, retail, or tech environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stream programs with measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms, CRM, and digital analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a bias for action.
